Michelle Smith, creator of the blog The Whole Smiths, has the answers. Her cookbook is the first ever fully endorsed and supported by Whole30, and offers a collection of 150 recipes to keep Whole30 devotees going strong. She wants to show people that eating wholesome doesn’t have to be boring and pretentious and that it’s attainable for everyone. She loves learning as much as she can about our food supply and what we can do to make a difference. Her goal is to be a voice in making our food system a better place to eat.
